Ingredients:
1 each lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
1 each lb. carrots, quartered, boiling water
0.25 cups butter or margarine
0.5 each Sunkist® lemons -grated peel and juice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seed
1 each small clove garlic, minced
Directions:
In a large covered saucepan, cook Brussels sprouts and carrots in 1 inch of boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes; drain well.

In the same saucepan, melt the butter with the lemon peel and juice, sesame seed, and garlic.

Add cooked vegetables and heat.
