7 potatoes, sliced 1 cup onions, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup water 1/3 cup vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup fresh parsley |

| Combine potatoes, onions and celery in slow cooker. In bowl, combine water, vinegar, sugar, tapioca, salt, celery seed and black pepper. Pour over potatoes and mix together gently. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours. Stir in parsley just before serving. |
