5 lb Yukon Gold Potatos, cooked and diced 1 L diced onion 6 medium Celey ribs, finely chopped 1 medium Parsley bunch, finely minced 1 medium Dill bunch, finely minced 32 OZ Plain yogurt 8 each Hardboiled eggs, chopped 1 dash Salt and P 2 tbsp Garlic Powder |

| Salt and drain the onion and celery for 30 minutes Mix in parsley, dill, garlic and yogurt. Gently fold in eggs, then potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. |
