1 tablespoons Butter 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts 4 tablespoons Olive oil 3 clove Garlic, peeled and minced 1 large Head broccoli, cut into florets, stems peeled 1/4 cup Chicken broth 3/4 teaspoon Salt, or to taste |

| Directions: | ||
| 1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in chopped walnuts. Continue stirring and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heatg olive oil for 30 seconds. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 sec. Add broccoli and cook for 3 min. 3. Add broth to the skillet, cover, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until broccoli is tender but still crisp. Sprinkle with salt. 4. Toss broccoli with the walnuts. |
