Description: So i've been trying my best to stay on this diet i've recently encouraged myself into. Some of my coworkers have bean telling me that they've been including some beans as sources of their weight lost. I've been hearing how good pinto beans are, but from my memory as a child idk what these folks are talking about. So i decided to test it out and see if i could somehow make Pinto beans work for me.
Time: 4 hr 20 min (20 min to prepare, 4 hr to cook)

Ingredients:
1 package pinto beans (dried)
2 large green bell pepper -- chopped
2 large Red bell pepper - chopped
1 large onion - finely chopped
2 large carrot -- peeled and diced
2 large tomato -- chopped
1 pound Farfalle Macaroni Bag
2 medium apple - cored and chopped
Directions:
First make sure you have at least 4 hours to tend to the meal. I rinsed and set the Pinto Beans to boil in a large pot, low-medium simmer, adding salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste of choice or any other house seasoning perfered. Remember to keep adding water as needed when it is cooked into the beans, not too much because you don't want it all watery and loss all the seasoning flavors. Add in one stick of butter and let beans boil for 2 and half hours. Meanwhile, after starting the beans; Toss in all chopped ingredients and Farfalle Mac(uncooked) in a larger bowl seasoning them with Mrs. Dash table blend till completely seasoned and set in refrig covered for 2 hours, then after the 2 and half hours of the Pinto beans boiling, add all the bowl mixture and veggies into the pot of Pinto beans and let boil for another hour to hour and half till done. Adding a bit of hot sauce or tabasco sauce will definitely spice it up a bit. I ate this as side dish to my fried CatFish Nuggets. Its also great for a soup with crackers, or even adding some previously boiled chicken into it. My next plan is to scallop some shrimps and put them in this.Mmmmm..
