Ingredients:
1 each yellow onion -- diced
3 C loves garlic -- minced
1 cup green pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups cooked rice
2 cups tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
*In a large skillet, saute onion, garlic, and bell pepper in oil over low heat until onion is translucent.
*Add rice and saute briefly.
*Stir in tomato sauce and spices.
*Heat through and serve.
