Ingredients:
1  large head cauliflower, chopped
4 teaspoons EVOO
2  cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Toss cauliflower with 2t olive oil and season with salt. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 425 for 15 minutes with oven rack in highest position, or until cauliflower is fork-tender and slightly browned.

Heat remaining 2t olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat. Saute garlic 2 minutes. Stir in tahini, lemon juice, 5T water and salt. Simmer over low heat 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Whisk sauce; spoon over cauliflower. Sprinkle with parsley and sesame seeds.
