Ingredients:
5 each unpeeled medium potatoes, cut lengthwise into 6 wedges each, boiling salted water
1 each Sunkist® lemon -juice
1 each medium clove garlic, minced
0.25 cups sliced green onions (scallions)
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
0.5 each Sunkist® lemons -grated peel
0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
0.25 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions:
In a covered skillet, cook the potatoes in boiling salted water with 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice and garlic for 20 minutes, or until tender; drain well.

In the same skillet, sauté the green onions in the butter with lemon peel, dill, and seasoned salt.

Add potatoes and remaining 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and heat.
