Ingredients:
2 teaspoon oil
1 each Collard Greens, Onion
2 each spoonfuls Flour
Directions:
Chop onion, brown in frying pan.
Add collard greens, stir up, add oil and flour, mix.
Finished product had creamy texture, high in calcium!
