Ingredients:
1 each 1 tin Kidney beans
1 each Half an onion, finely chopped
1 each 1 clove garlic, crushed
1 each half a green chilli, finely chopped
1 each 1 teaspoon paprikaa
1 each a little oil
Directions:
* Fry the onion, garlic, chilli and paprika in the oil until the onionis soft.
Drain the kidney beans and either blend them with a blender or mash them.
Mix in the fried mixture.
* Refrigerate before serving.
* You can try this with different types of beans as well.
