Ingredients:
1 each 2 cups cooked or canned black turtle beans or black beans
1 each 2 tablespoon liquid from the beans
1 each 2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 each 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1 each 2 clove garlic, chopped
1 each 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 each Pinch cayenne pepper
1 each 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
* Combine beans, liquid, lemon juice, tamari, garlic, cumin and cayenne in a bowl of food processor, or blender, and puree until smooth.
* Add parsley and blend for 5 seconds
