Time: 1 hr 15 min (30 min to prepare, 45 min to cook)

Ingredients:
1 each About two cups of plain white vegan yoghurt (eg Yofu)
1 each About five cloves of garlic, more or less to taste
1 each Salt
1 each Water, just enough to thin the mixture slightly (perhaps a half a cup)
1 each A cucumber. English cucumbers, or a burpless variety work best
Directions:
* Chop the garlic as fine as possible.
* Peel the cucumber, and cut into small pieces.
* Dump this into the yoghurt, add the water and the salt.
* Obviously we don't really measure things at our house.
* If desired you can skip the garlic and add mint and more water to make a yummy Turkish soup.
