Ingredients:
1 slice of bread (How ever many you want)
1 each avocado
1 cup of bean sprouts
0.25 teaspoon of garlic
0.333333 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 each tomatoes (slice), Mozzarella cheese (slice)
1 tablespoon of mayonaisse (any kind)
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix avocado, lemon juice, garlic.
2. Spread avocado mix on bread.
3. Place bean sprouts on bread, tomato slice and a slice of cheese on top.
4. Preheat oven at 300.
5. Let cook for 20 mins until cheese is melted.
6. Will make more than one snack
