Ingredients:
1 each Liquid egg replacer to equal 1 egg
1 each 1 tablespoon water
1 each 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 each 2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 each 2 cloves minced garlic
1 each 1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 each 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 each 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas, drained
1 each 1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 each 1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 each 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 each 1/3 cup wheat germ
Directions:
In food processor, blend all ingredients until fairly smooth.
