Ingredients:
1 each 2 cups whole wheat flour
1 each 3/4 cup raisins
1 each 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 each 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 each 1 cup soymilk
1 each 1/3 cup oil
1 each 1/2 cup sorghum (I use corn syrup)
1 each 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 400. Mix the wet stuff.
* In a separate bowl mix the dry stuff. Mix it all together.
* Drop cookie size blobs onto oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 20ish minutes.
* Great with vegan jams, jellies spread on top as icing!!
* Try replacing 1-1/2 cups flour with 1-1/2 cups bran if you wish!!
