Ingredients:
0.5 each handfull - sunflower seed
0.5 each handfull - almonds
2 tablespoon soya sauce, Handfull - Pumpkin seeds
Directions:
Heat ingr. in a skillet (gentle) until the pumkin seeds pop.
Then tip the soya sauce over is and stir.
Once dry let cool and here we have a healthy snack which you can eat during the day.
