Ingredients:
5 cup cooked mashed soybeans
1 cup whole wheat flour
0.5 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 each finely chopped med. onion
1 each finely chopped green pepper (optional)
0.25 cup Soy sauce
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well.
Mixture should be stiff and make firm balls, which you make into burgers.
Fry on a griddle or skillet.
Freeze leftovers and microwave for 60 second when ready to use.

I add 1 cup TVP (texturized vegetable protein) for texture, and especially if the pepper and onion contribute too much moisture.
If you have "Kitchen Bouquet" add 1 Tablespoon for flavor and color.
