Ingredients:
3 each to 4 Strips of tempeh, cut about 1" wide, Canola (or other) oil, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon
Directions:
Brown tempeh strips on all four sides in oil over medium heat. Serve immediately with maple syrup and cinnamon.

This is also wonderful with peanut butter on it!
