| * Saute tempeh, onion, green pepper, in oil 10-15 minutes. * Pour boiling water over bulgur; let sit while other ingredients saute. * After 10-15 minutes, add soaked bulgar, tomato sauce, and spices to tempeh mixture. * Simmer 30 minutes. * Serve on hamburger buns. |
