Directions:
1. Using a non-stick pan, gently fry the onion in the oil until softened but not browned.2. Add the tofu and stirfry for about another 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, mix the nutritional yeast, lecithin (if using), garlic granules and dill with a few tbsp water to form a thinnish sauce.
Season with plenty of salt and pepper.
4. Add the sauce to the pan and stir and cook until the liquid is gone and the scrambled tofu is fairly dry.

Directions:
Soak beans overnight, drain and rinse.place beans in the water.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 3 - 4 hours.
Drain reserving the cooking liquid.
Mash the beans using a hand masher, beater, or food processor.
Return to pan.
Add the spices, a little of the reserved liquid and the salsa, stirring until the beans have a softened, smashed consistency.
Heat through to blend flavors.

My favourite veggie filling is probably mixed veges (carrots, peas, tomatoes, green beans, cauliflower, all chopped and cooked).
Saute onion and garlic in a little oil, add jalapeno or serrano chillies, then add the veges and mix till well blended.
I also like to add olives and black beans, or garbanzo beans on occasion.
