1 each onion, chopped
4 each garlic cloves, diced
20 OZ can black beans, rinsed and drained
28 OZ can low sodium vegetable broth
15 OZ can crushed tomatoes
0.5 teaspoon dried basil
0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon cumin
0.5 teaspoon chili powder
0.5 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on LOW for 9-10 hours.
