1 each lb cabbage, finely shredded
4 each celery ribs, sliced
4 each carrots, sliced
1 each onion, chopped
2 each vegetable bouillon, low sodium
2 each garlic cloves, minced
1 qt tomato juice, low sodium
4 cups water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or until vegetables are tender.
