Ingredients:
6 each chicken boullion cubes
3 cups water
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced red onion
2.5 cups or 1 bag frozen cubed potatoes
16 OZ bag of mixed frozen vegetables
2 can or 1 large family size can of cream of chicken
1 pound velveta cheese
Directions:
1.) Combine in saucepan all but last 2 ingredients.

2.) Bring to simmer and cover for 30 minutes.

3.) Add cream of chicken and velveta cheese.

4.) Heat on low until cheese melts.
