Ingredients:
1 each 1 lb. of lentils
1 each 1 cup of oil
1 each 1 onion
1 each 1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato pulp
1 each 2-3 gloves of garlic
1 each 3 laurel leaves
1 each Half a small tumbler of vinegar
1 each Salt, pepper
Directions:
* Fill a pot with plenty of water.
* Add the lentils and bring to the boil.
* Drain the lentils.
* Brown the finely chopped onion in the oil, add the lentils, the garlic, the tomato concentrate dissolved in water, salt, pepper, the laurel leaves, and more water if needed.
* Cook the lentils and a little before they are ready put it the vinegar.
