Ingredients:
7 each oz/200 gram dried peas
2 each Potatoes
1 each onion
1 teaspoon butter
1 each hard boiled yolk
0.5 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon flour, salt, chopped dill, cubed toasted bread
Directions:
Boil the peas with the vegetables. Strain and sieve only the peas and potatoes. Thin with some of the boiling liquid and set to boil with the hard boiled yolk which you have previously mixed with butter, flour and sour cream and thinned with a little boiling liquid. Mix well, add salt and chopped dill and let boil for a minute or two. Serve with croutons.
