Ingredients:
2 each eggs
2 each to 3 tablespoons flour, salt, Beef or poultry soup, Rags
Directions:
Beat the eggs with a fork, add the flour a little at a time and the salt. Mix with a spoon until you get a sour-creamlike paste. Set to boil the soup strained into a clean pot and when it comes to the first boil, pour the paste a little at a time, with the help of a fork. Cover the pot and let boil for a couple of minutes.
