Ingredients:
0.25 cup lentils, Washed and chopped half a bag of spinach
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 teaspoon of grated coconut (fresh works the best)
1 teaspoon oil, mustard seeds(1/4 tsp)
Directions:
Cook lentils and spinach together till the lentils are soft.Mash them to make a smooth mixture.
Grind the cumin seeds and coconut with a little warm water in a blender.
Add the above paste to the lenil and spinach mixture.
add salt to your taste.
Heat the oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and after they sputter add to the mixture.
Boil this for 2-3 minutes and the soup is ready.
