6 each sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 2 each leeks, chopped 2 each onions, chopped 4 each rib celery, chopped 2 cups chicken broth, low sodium 1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1 teaspoon tarragon 5 cups water 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 OZ can fat-free evaporated milk 2 tablespoon chopped chives |

| Combine all ingredients except milk and chives in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours, or HIGH 3-4 hours. Stir in milk during last hour; if desired, mash potatoes before serving and garnish with chives. | ||
