14.5 OZ Can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained 14.5 OZ Can low-sodium chicken broth 2 tbsp Fresh basil, or 2 tsp dried/crumbled 1 tsp Sugar 3/4 tsp Very low sodium or low-sodium Worcestershire sauce 1 dash Crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 C to 1/2 C snipped fresh cilantro or parsley 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 1/4 tsp Salt |

| In a medium saucepan, combine undrained tomatoes, broth, basil, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper. Bring to a boil, covered, over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. |
