3 each qts/3 liter water 1 each onion 2 each Carrots 1 each celery root 1 each parsley root 2 each Potatoes 2 each Green peppers 1 each piece cabbage 1 each big tomato 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon flour, salt |

| Directions: | ||
| Boil the vegetables in salt water, at low heat, for one and a half hours. Sieve. Fry the butter with the flour in a pan and pour the sieved soup on top, stirring continuously. Let boil for a minute or two longer and then add the chopped parsley. | ||
