4 cups cooked yellow hominy or 2 (16-ounce) cans 4 cups vegetable broth 6 cups vegetable broth 1 cup chopped canned or frozen mild green chile peppers 4 each medium zucchini, sliced 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 3 each cloves garlic, minced 1 each medium onion, diced 1 teaspoon ground cumin |

| Saute the onion and garlic in the oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the zucchini and green chiles and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, another 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes. |
