Directions:
In skillet sauté onion and garlic in oil just until tender. Add undrained tomatoes; simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.Add fish, lemon juice and sliced olives; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Add lemon cartwheel slices the last few minutes of cooking time. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Fry the flour in the oil, add some vegetable liquid to it and then add this mixture to the soup, stirring as you do it. Let boil until the beans are tender. Add the borsh and chopped parsley and dill and let boil for a few more minutes. You may serve this soup cold as well.
