Amy's Potato Salad

5 pounds Red potatoes...1 dozen hard boiled...
1 large onion - finely...
1 jar real bacon...
1 tablespoon pickle relish...
2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot...
1 jar miricale whip
1 salt and pepper...
Directions:
Boil the potatoes and eggs in the same large pan, when the potatoes are easily penetrated by a butter knife everthing is done. Peel both the potatoes and eggs, dice them and put them in a rather large bowl. You will need to add in the onions, bacon, pickle relish and the hot sauce, stir until well mixed, salt and pepper to taste. Finally you will add in the miricale whip one spoon full at a time until you have a creamy consistincey, you can have to much so be careful

64 fl oz Cicken Broth2 large Bags of frozen...
1 large onion - chopped
1 quart half & half
1 pinch mace
1/2 cups corn starch mixed...
Directions:
First add the frozen broccli and the onion into a large pan, pour the chiken broth over the broccli just until it is covered. Cook on medium to medium high heat until the broccli is softened and cooked through. Next add in the half and half, stir. Then you will dissolve the cornstarch in cold water about 1/4 c, stir in. add your pinch of mace to desired taste. You will need to stir frequently until the soup starts to look kinda clear on the top.
