Avocado Picante Chicken Wraps

4 pieces Boneless Skinless...1.5 cups Pace Picante Sauce
1/2 medium Onion
1 medium Avocado
2 clove Garlic
8 medium Flour Tortillas
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large, deep pan. Dice onion and sautee until carmelized. Cut boneless skinless chicken breast into thin strips about 2"long and add to pan with garlic. Sautee chicken in pan until outsides are cooked, add peeled/diced avocado. Sautee just until avocado softens slightly. Add picante sauce and cook on medium-high until sauce is hot and all chicken is cooked through. Spoon into tortillas and fold into wraps. Enjoy!

Directions:
Heat olive oil in medium pan. Add red onions and saute for about 2 minutes. Chop boneless skinless chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and add to pan, cook until all outsides are done. Pour all canned ingredients, chili seasoning, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 of the cilantro into crock pot. Cook on high approximately 4 hours (6 hours approximately on low)/until all chicken is cooked completely through. Serve and top with remaining chopped cilantro as a garnish.

1 tablespoon Oregano
1 small Lemon
1 tablespoon Hot Mustard
2 tablespoons Margarine or Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 large Egg
Directions:
Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder and oregano together in a shallow bowl. Put flour in another shallow bowl and beat the egg together with the hot mustard in a third shallow bowl. Roll lemon on a counter or table to release juices, slice in half and drizzle juice onto fish. Dip fish first into flour, then into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Melt butter/margarine in a large pan and lay fish in pan. Cook on one side until golden brown, then turn and cook until other side is golden brown....
