Directions:
Bring the 2 quarts of water to a boil.Add tvp.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Drain well.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add tvp and garlic.
Cook until nicely browned.
Add green peppers and onion.
Mix well.
Add bbq sauce and molasses.
Mix.Cook on low for 25 minutes.

Steam the collard greens with the mushrooms and onions , fold in the beans and the BBQ sauce.
Simmer all ingredients together for 10-15 minutes. serve warm, by itself or over rice!

This is the amount of garlic stated in the recipe. Don't listen to this. I never do and I'm sure many people reading this don't either. Stick in as much garlic as you see fit!1. Heat oil, add onion and garlic. Fry until softened. Add remaining ingredients, (except mushrooms). Bring to the boil.
