Directions:
Put soya milk in a pan and bring to the boil.Dissolve the epsom salts or nigari in the hot water and add to the milk.
Leave for 5 minutes to curdle.
Line a sieve with a piece of muslin. Pour curdled mixture through, separating the curds from the liquid (the liquid is not needed).
Fold muslin over top of sieve and place a weight on the top.

Preheat oven to 375 F.CRUST:
In food processor, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and allspice.
Add oil and process until mixture resembles fine crumbs, about 10 seconds.
Add water and process another 10 seconds, until ingredients are evenly combined and form tiny beads of dough.
Transfer to an ungreased 9" tart pan and press crumbs onto bottom and sides of pan to form crust.
