3. Spoon the mixture back into the California Avocado skins.
4. Arrange the lettuce leaves on 4 serving plates.
5. Garnish with parsley and a wedge of lemon.

1. Cut avocado in half take out seed. Clean out seed area. Boil fresh shrimp till pink about 3 minutes; too long makes them tough. Clean and devein shrimp cut into small bite size pieces. Now mix all remaining ingredients to make your sauce. Add shrimp stir well and fill the avocados. Chill one hour and serve. I get many compliments with this. Serve in place of a salad.
