Directions:
1. Chop peppers.2. Mix remaining ingredients for brine. Add peppers.
3. Refridgerate overnight. Can be placed in containers and frozen.

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp Splenda
1 cup fat free milk
1 package sugar-free...
Directions:
1. Spread 1/4 cup whipped topping into the crust.2. Combine berries and Splenda; spoon 1 cup over topping.
3. In a bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Spoon over berries.
4. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Top with remaining berries. Refridgerate for 45 minutes or until set.

1 tsp chicken bouillon...1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
4 cups milk
1/2 pound crabmeat
1/4 pound shrimp
1/4 pound scallops
1/4 pound fish
Directions:
1. In a saucepan dissolve chicken bouillon in boiling water.2. In a skillet cook chopped onion in butter until tender; then blend in flour, celery salt, and pepper.
3. Stir in the bouillon mixture and cook until thick. Lower heat and slowly add in milk while stirring constantly. Add seafood and heat through.

1/3 cup red wine
1 can 28 oz. chopped...
Directions:
1. In same skillet you cooked chicken/fish, cook the garlic over medium heat in the olive oil about 1 minute.2. Add the wine, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
3. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer until thickened, 8-10 minutes.
4. Return chicken/fish and any juices to the skillet, turning to coat, until heated through.
