2 cups oats1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces chocolate chips...
Directions:
Grease 9x9x2 pan.Mix oats and brown sugar.
Stir butter, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla.
Add to oat mixture and press evenly in bottom of pan.
Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes or until top bubbles. Cool.
Spread chocolate on top.
Chill 1 hr.

1 carrot - diced
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons curry powder
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 apple - cored and...
1/4 cup rice - not...
1 boneless chicken...
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
1 pinch dried thyme
1/2 cup heavy cream - heated
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, carrots, buttter in large soup pot.Add flour and curry, cook 5 more minutes.
Add chicken stock, mix well, bring to boil.
Simmer about 1/2 hour.
Add apple, rice, chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Simmer 15-20 minutes, or until rice is done.
Before serving, add hot cream and stir.

1 large Pepperidge Farms...1 lb Hot sausage
1/2 cup celery - sliced...
1 large onion - chopped
1 small can mushrooms
3 hard boiled eggs...
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain.Saute celery and onion in butter.
Prepare stuffing according to package.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 until heated through (about 20 minutes).

Directions:
Melt butter and pour in bottom of 13x9 panLayer graham crackers, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, nuts, condensed milk
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Top should be lightly browned. Cool before cutting.
