Directions:
Soak noodles according to directions for stir fry. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add garlic and brown lightly. Ann onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper and green beans, stir fry lightly 1-2 minutes. Add drained rice noodles; stir to combine. Add lime juice, garlic chili pepper sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and salt stirring continuously until noodles are firm but tender. Add cooked chicken and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, mix soup and sour cream. In medium saucepan over medium high heat, heat margarine. Add onion and chili powder. Cook until tender. Add chicken, chilies and 2 tbsp soup mixture. Spread 1/2 cup soup mixture in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Along one side of each tortilla, spread about 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions:
Cream together eggs, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin and butter. When well mixed, beat in cinnamon, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. When well mixed, add 12 oz bag of chocolate chips. Drop by large spoonfuls on coated cookie sheet. Cook at 350 for 12 minutes.Add cream cheese frosting to each cookie.

Directions:
Cut tortillas into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chicken, soups, chilies, sour cream, onion and 1/2 cheese. Spread just enough of this mixture on bottom of 9x13 baking dish to cover surface. Cover with tortillas. Pour in rest of mixture. Add rest of cheese and dab with lots of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes. Remove foil last 5-10 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
