Ingredients:

3 ounce grated cheese
2 ounce butter
1 pinch salt and pepper
1  Egg yolk
3 ounce plain flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 193c or 380f Mix the flour, seasonings and cheese together. Cut the butter into small lumps. Rub butter and flour mix together till it resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in beaten egg yolk until stiff. After mixing quickly knead to make it into a pastry. Roll it out thinly ( about 1cm) and cut into the desired shape. Put them into the oven until Golden brown.

1/2 teaspoon salt

Place 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tbsp baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. make a well in the center and add water and olive oil.

200  gram Pasta
1  red pepper
2  cloves of garlic
1  onion
2  sticks of celery
1  carrot
20  gram cheese
2 can chopped tomatoes
1  vegetable stock cube

Directions:

Put a pan of boiling water on, then add pasta for 10 - 15 minutes
Add oil in a frying pan (cook meat now if required) add the garlic, onion, celery and the carrot.
after you have fried the veg. add the 2 cans of tomatoes and vegetable stock cube.
put pasta in an ovenproof dish
then cover in sauce and then with grated cheese and cook for 30 minutes
