Directions:
To make the drink base: Puree raspberries and thei juices, ginger, and Splenda in a blender. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. For each drink, place 4 1/2 tsp of the base in an 8 oz glass. Add 3/4 cup seltzer and stir rapidly. Add a few ice cubes, if desired, and stir again. Serve.

Directions:
Stir together canola oil, scallions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and minced ginger in a medium bowl. Add turkey and stir to coat; set aside for 10 minutes. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey mixture and cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, snow peas, toasted sesame oil, and soy sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes more, stirring constantly. Serve hot.
