Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients except 1 tsp basil and pour into a baking dish (pie plate is the perfect size). Cover with Alumium foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover add the remaining teaspoon of basil and bake 5 minutes. Serve warm. Take bread and seperate on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt & pepper and toast.

1 large egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 C butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Melt butter in an 8 inch cast iron skillet in the oven. Tilt skillet to coat evenly with butter. Pour cornbread batter into the buttered skillet. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove cornbread immediately from skillet, and let cool.
