1 cup oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 each Ramen noodle...
Directions:
1.) Combine coleslaw, chopped green onion, Ramen noodles and sunflower seeds.2.) In separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar & flavor packets for dressing.
3.) Add dressing right before serving - you may not need all of the dressing.
Candy Cookies

1/2 cup milk2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick/1 min oats
Directions:
1.) In saucepan, stir together milk, sugar, butter, salt & cocoa.2.) Bring to rolling boil - boil for one minute.
3.) Remove from heat and immediately stir in vanilla then peanut butter then oats.
4.) Quickly drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and cool.

Directions:
1.) Saute onion & green pepper - set aside2.) Brown ground meat and drain
3.) Stir onion, pepper, meat, ketchup & Worcestershire sauce together
4.) Serve on hamburger buns

1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 package chicken ramen...
Directions:
1.) Tear up cabbage - do not use spines.2.) Combine with onions & peppers. Set aside.
3.) Stir together in another bowl oil, sugar & vinegar. Set aside. (Yes, it is supposed to look like that.)
4.) Melt butter and brown almonds, sesame seeds & crunched up Ramen noodles in skillet. Let cool and sprinkle over salad when ready to serve.
5.) Add dressing last, immediately before serving.

1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2.) Combine all ingredients EXCEPT 1 cup of mozarella cheese.
3.) Spoon into 9x13 pan and over tightly with foil. Bake for 55 minutes.
4.) Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining mozarella cheese. Bake another 5 minutes.
5.) Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Directions:
1.) In large saucepan, combine chicken, onion, broth, green chilies and soup. Bring to a boil.2.) Pull apart desired amount of tortillas and lay in bottom of greased 13x9 pan.
3.) Pour half the green enchilada sauce over mixture and spread.
4.) Add half the cheese.
5.) Repeat layers.
6.) Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
Sweet & Sour Chicken

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

6 cups rice - cooked
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2.) Coat chicken with flour, salt & pepper and fry in oil - removed as browned to casserole dish (9x13).
3.) Drain pineapple, pouring juice into measuring cup - add water to make 1.25 cups. Combine this in saucepan with sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger & bouillon cube; bring to boiling. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4.) Add sauce, peppers, onions & pineapple to dish with chicken.
Coconut Pound Cake

1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup half & half
2 teaspoons coconut extract
3.5 OZ coconut flakes
Directions:
1.) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prep bundt pan with Pam with Flour baking spray.2.) Combine all ingredients.
3.) Pour into prepared pan, filling it 3/4 of the way full.
4.) Bake 1 hr & 25 min or until cracked on top and light brown.
5.) Cool for 10 min; invert onto cake plate.
Honey Chicken Kabobs

Directions:
1.) Mix together oil, honey soy sauce & pepper. Pour a small amount into separate bowl.2.) Add chicken, peppers, garlic & onions to larger portion. Marinate in fridge for at least 2 hrs.
3.) Thread chicken & veggies on skewers. Grill 12-15 minutes, turning and brushing with set-aside marinade frequently.
Crockpot BBQ Chicken

4.) Sausage & cheese over bread.
5.) Pour on egg mixture.
6.) Cover & REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
7.) Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
